GeoScreen SoCal helps real-estate professionals triage Southern California properties for geologic hazards before they commit time to deeper due diligence. We assemble the public agency maps for an address into one preliminary screening report, so the legwork that used to take hours of manual research is done in minutes.
What we are
We are a screening tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Every report draws on public datasets from agencies like the California Geological Survey, CAL FIRE, the U.S. Geological Survey, and FEMA, and cites the source behind each finding. The report surfaces factors that may warrant a closer look; it never classifies a property with a verdict and never assigns it a score.
Who is behind it
The screening methodology is shaped in consultation with a licensed California geologist, who advises on how the public agency data is interpreted and how findings are framed so the product stays squarely on the screening side of the line that licensed practice requires. The automated report carries no professional stamp. For properties where it helps, an optional professional review is available, in which a licensed California geologist examines a flagged property more closely.
