GeoScreen SoCal provides a preliminary, automated screening assembled from public agency datasets such as the California Geological Survey, CAL FIRE, the U.S. Geological Survey, and FEMA. A screening report is a due-diligence aid that surfaces factors worth a closer look. It is not a professional geologic report, not a Natural Hazard Disclosure (NHD), and not a substitute for a site-specific investigation by a licensed California geologist. Reports never classify a property using a verdict or a score; where a finding warrants it, the report recommends further professional investigation. By using GeoScreen you acknowledge this scope.
