Fast pre-offer triage for many properties
Built for real-estate professionals who evaluate a lot of properties, GeoScreen uses a simple credit balance so you can run one address or a whole list. Paste your addresses or upload a CSV, and each one becomes its own full screening report — then read them side by side in one table and export the results. Addresses we cannot locate, or that fall outside our six counties, are refused before any credit is used. Use it for fast pre-offer triage — surface the factors worth a closer look before you commit time to deeper diligence. The product flags where further professional investigation may be warranted; it does not rank or score properties.

This report is a preliminary, automated screening that checks a Southern California address against public agency hazard maps and surfaces where those maps overlap or sit near the parcel. It is intended to help prioritize further due diligence. It is not a site-specific investigation, not an insurability or value determination, and not a substitute for professional review. Each finding cites the dataset checked and how current it was.
