Active fault proximity
GeoScreen checks whether a parcel falls inside a state-designated Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zone and reports its proximity to mapped active faults. The screening tells you what the California Geological Survey fault data shows for that location, with the data source cited, so you know whether fault rupture is a factor to investigate further.
