Flood & debris-flow exposure
GeoScreen checks the FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer to report whether a parcel intersects a mapped flood hazard zone, and surfaces a best-effort debris-flow proximity flag drawn from public post-fire data. The screening reports what the federal flood map shows, with the source cited; the debris-flow flag is a proximity indicator, not a determination.
