GeoScreen checks the California Geological Survey liquefaction Zones of Required Investigation to report whether a parcel sits within a mapped liquefaction zone. The result reflects what the official state data shows and cites that source; it does not assess soils on the parcel itself.

What this report is — and is not

Each finding cites the dataset checked and how current it was.
