Slope & terrain
Using public USGS elevation data, GeoScreen estimates the slope and terrain across a parcel. Steeper terrain is one of several factors a professional may want to examine, so the screening reports what the elevation data indicates — the estimate is preliminary and best-effort, never a stability determination.
